Is it okay for you to clean while our dogs are in the yard?

Our team loves dogs and is more than happy to clean your property with them outside, as long as they’re friendly and don’t get in the way of our work. However, if they’re not friendly or make our job more difficult, we request that you keep them inside until we’re done with our services.

How do you locate all the dog poop?

Once they’re finished, they do a second walk-through to make sure they haven’t missed anything. With our services, you can rest assured that we’ll leave your property 100% free of pet waste.

Do you remove dog waste all year long?

Yes, we do! Dogs produce waste all year long, so our services are available in winter, spring, summer, and fall. Regardless of the temperature outside, our team is dedicated to providing the best services for you and your pet.

Do I need to be home for pet waste removal service?

You don’t need to be home during your scheduled appointment! However, if we haven’t met your friendly pup yet, we do ask that you’re present the first time we meet them. After that, we’re happy to clean the yard—even if your dog is out enjoying it too!

How does your Re-Doo guarantee work?

Do you run your service on holidays?

To allow our pooper scoopers to have time with their families, we do not offer pickup services on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day

• Memorial Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas

If your service date falls on a holiday, we will contact you the week before to discuss scheduling changes. Due to our scooper work load on holiday weeks, we may skip (rather than reschedule) cleanings that fall on a holiday.  If you will be out of town for the holidays, please notify us at least one week in advance so that you will not be charged for any visit(s) that week.
